Hanoi Full Day — Ancient Wisdom & West Lake Golden Hour
Temple of Literature (before 10am). Hoa Lo Prison — The Hanoi Hilton (indoors, AC). Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & One Pillar Pagoda. Lunch at Quan An Ngon. Vietnam Women's Museum. West Lake promenade after 3:30pm. Egg coffee sunset at a lakeside café.

Hanoi → Ninh Binh — Ancient Kingdoms & the Limestone Wilderness
Early departure with banh mi on board. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital before 10am. Cycling through Tam Coc rice fields. Authentic garden restaurant lunch. Private sampan through three river caves. Mua Cave golden hour ascent: 500 steps to 98m above the valley floor, after 3:30pm.

Ninh Binh → Ha Long Bay — Embarkation & the Emerald Sea
Private transfer northeast via coastal expressway. Board premium 4-star cruise at Tuan Chau Marina. Lunch on board as vessel sails into the bay. Afternoon kayaking through limestone lagoons. Cave exploration on foot. Swimming at a secluded anchorage. Sunset cocktails on upper deck. Gala seafood dinner anchored in Ha Long Bay.

Ha Long Bay — Sunrise, Final Exploration & Return to Hanoi
Optional sunrise tai chi on deck. Second kayaking circuit through different karst channels. Floating village visit. Final cruise lunch. Private transfer back to Hanoi. Free evening in the city.

Hanoi — The Cooking Class, Farewell Lunch & Free Afternoon
Depart hotel 8am. Wet market walk with chef instructor (9–9:30am). Hands-on cooking class — Pho Bo, Banh Xeo, Cha Ca La Vong, Che Ba Mau — entirely indoors (9:30am). Seated lunch of your own creations with recipe booklet (11:30am). Return to hotel by noon for a completely free afternoon and evening.

Hanoi — Farewell Breakfast & Departure
Final breakfast with your guide. Private transfer to Noi Bai International Airport timed to your exact departure flight. Tour ends at airport drop-off.
